metahq search¶

Search for terms in the ontology database.

Usage:

metahq search [OPTIONS]

Options:

  --query TEXT                    Search query  [required]
  -c, --type [disease|tissue|celltype|none]
                                  Filter by type
  -o, --ontology [MONDO|UBERON|CL]
                                  Filter by ontology
  -k, --max-results INTEGER       Number of results to show
  -s, --scores                    Include scores in results
  -e, --extended                  Include ontology and type in results
  -x, --scopes                    Include scopes in synonym list
  --log-level [notset|debug|info|warning|error|critical]
                                  Logging level.
  --quiet                         No log or console output if applied.
  -h, --help                      Show this message and exit.
